RADIOGRAPHY

Radiography, or Xrays, are a valuable diagnostic tool used to

screen areas with contrasting tissue densities or evaluate solid tissues. They help diagnose issues like arthritis, tumors, bladder stones, pneumonia, broken bones, dislocated joints, fetal positioning in pregnant animals, organ abnormalities, foreign objects, and dental issues like root damage or abscesses. X-rays provide a minimally invasive way to detect potential problems early or diagnose health conditions. Sedation or short-acting anesthesia may be required for some pets to ensure accurate imaging.
