Payment for Services
Clients agree to pay for services rendered at the time of service, unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept various forms of payment, including credit/debit cards and cash. Failure to make timely payment may result in the suspension of services until all outstanding balances are settled.
Appointment Scheduling
Clients are expected to keep scheduled appointments. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice to allow us to offer the appointment time to other patients in need of care. Frequent missed appointments may result in the refusal of future services.
Providing Accurate Medical History
Clients must provide accurate and complete medical history for their pets to ensure appropriate diagnosis and treatment. Failure to disclose critical health information may affect the quality of care provided and is the responsibility of the pet owner.
Refusal of Service
As a private business, Animal Care Clinic reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion. This includes, but is not limited to, situations where a client behaves in a manner that is disruptive, abusive, or harmful to staff, other clients, or patients. We are committed to maintaining a safe and respectful environment for all.
Safety and Firearms Policy
For the safety of our staff, clients, and patients, firearms are strictly prohibited on the premises. Clients found carrying firearms will be asked to leave and may be refused service in the future. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
